Item Details.
White faience shabti of Khaemwaset. The mummiform figure wearing a triple collar, a short wig with a side lock of hair, typical for a Sem Priest, his crossed hands holding flail and pick. Vertical column with hieroglyphic inscription in black reading: Son of the King (Prince), Sem Priest of Ptah, Khaemwaset, justified.

Provenance: Collection Dr. M. Dickey, Plymouth, England, acquired on the London art market in the 2000s.
