Item Details.
Bright blue glazed composition shabti of typical form holding a pick and hoe with a seed-bag over the left shoulder, with double T-crossbar hieroglyphics text in darker blue,

Provenance: Private collection UK, gifted to the present owner's father by Spink and Sons circa 1952 and by repute acquired in 1910 by the then Bishop of Cairo who was a keen amateur Egyptologist.
