Cantering horse with long arching tail, long flowing mane, his martingale holding a pendant crescent in front. The rider with draped top and kilt, holding the reins in his left hand. Very charming.

Provenance: Collection Mr. & Mrs. D. M., acquired on the European art market in the 1990s.
