Item Details.
Nicely decorated, one side with a seated figure and dove, the other with a man carrying a basket, palmettes dividers.

Provenance: The Peter Newall (1945 – 2018) Collection. Ex Duke’s Auctioneers, UK. Pencil inscription to base reads: “Given to F. P. by F.D. Popham, March 1853, lot 160”.

Attribution verified by accredited archaeologist, specialist in Ancient Mediterranean Ceramics and Numismatics.
