Item Details.
Ceramic blackware lidded pyxis with integrally moulded faux handles to the shoulder and neck, the lid with radiating black strokes, central rings, the jar with palmettes beneath the handles, radiating black strokes to the shoulder, two profile ladies of fashion between scrolled tendrils.

Provenance: Property of a gentleman, acquired by his grandfather in the 1920s, thence by descent.
