I have had a satisfying relationship with Artemission for a few years now. In particular with Patricia and Anton. The quality of the products are generally superior but it's the customer service that really distinguishes it from others. Communication is transparent, rapid and, while I've never had any serious problems, when I have had small problems the response has been professional, helpful and reflective of the highest level of customer service. When occasionally struck with buyers remorse, there has never been any question of how I would like to handle the situation, and any questions I have had have always been answered promptly and in a most courteous and professional manner. If there is ever anything they can do to help me, it seems there's never any hesitation on their part to do so. I have no doubts or qualms about continuing to rely on Artemission to help me with my collection. And, neither should you.
