Firm, Fair and Friendly are three words that describe this company. I had the pleasure of ordering an ancient votive incense burner of Athena. They say that sometimes beautiful things come in small packages and this one example. The item itself was not the only beautiful thing. The company was, too. Their service was exceptional. They answered all my questions quickly and with very friendly patience. Also, I received my purchase quickly and securely.
